SS23 Shoe Trends I Love

Hi darlings!

Today I wanna share with you some of my favorite SS23 shoe trends, ’cause I’m such a big shoe lover! The trend I love the most is definitely:

the Mary Jane. These shoes can be worn at work or on a regular day out. The straps give them a classy and cute touch. I could totally imagine myself wearing them with tweed shorts, a midi dress, mom jeans or a pair of straight leg trousers. While I’m writing this blogpost, I can say that I just ordered a pair of Mary Janes (oops!). Another Spring/Summer 2023 trend I love is the embellished shoe, especially the ones with crystals. Last year I bought a small crystal-embellished bag from DKNY. Ever since that moment I’m dying to buy some kind of matching shoes. I was thinking about getting a pair of black loafers. This brings me to the next trend I love: loafers. I already own three pairs (in different colors), but I think you can never have enough of them. You can wear them with some cute ruffle socks, sporty ankle socks or even without socks, depending on your personal style. The fourth SS23 trend I love is the metallic trend! This reminds me of a pair of metallic ankle boots I had at least five years ago. I know this wasn’t a thing back then, but I really wanted a pair and searched everywhere to find them. Back then I felt so cool, knowing there weren’t a lot of other people wearing metallic boots. The final trend I would like to mention is the one of the wedge sandals. I think they’re the perfect combo between style and comfort.
